Pilot Licence holders must meet specific flight time requirements within the last 24 months to exercise their license privileges. You need 12 hours of flight time as PIC or under supervision, including 12 takeoffs and landings, and at least 1 hour of refresher training with an instructor. Additionally, to carry passengers, a pilot must have completed 3 takeoffs and landings within the preceding 90 days in the same class of aircraft
